Remember when the Breakfast at Tiffany's song came out? I do! Having the name Tiffany suddenly tempted people to sing that song to me. I didn't mind until my first year of college. There was this creepy boy that would bring his guitar over to my apartment and sing me that song pretty often. I'd catch him staring at my apartment out of his apartment window. One time I was backing out and as I looked out the rear view mirror there he was standing there looking at me. He gave me the heebie jeebies! So cats... lets be honest they are creepy too.
Happy Meow Monday!
I got the heebies just reading about him! Yikes! But I said what about... That song, it's just so darn catchy. Can you blame them?
ReplyDeleteHoly Crap, why did I not know about this blog sooner?! I am dying of laughter. The post a ways back about cat feet being hidden... killed me. Why is this so funny?! I don't know but it is.
ReplyDeleteDo either of you remember my old cat named Gray Kitty? She was the only cat I truly loved.
I totally remember Gray Kitty!. That is still one of my favorite cat names. That cat was old and kept to its own business like a good cat should. I have so many good memories of playing at the Lloyd house.
DeleteTif- Gray Kitty WAS literally the cat's meow. She was perfect in every way a cat can be perfect. And you're right- she totally kept to her own business. I have never loved another cat since. And doubt I will.
ReplyDeleteI too have FABULOUS Breinholt memories. Our bikes being cars, BFF book, almost dying on your monkey bars...
Seriously, you guys, can we please plan a time to get together?!
Almost dying on the monkey bars, hahahhahaha! Oh Meredith that was one crazy event! I really thought you were dead. Super freaky to my 8 yr old self. Bikes being cars is one of my all time favorites :)
ReplyDeleteRest in peace Gray Kitty. If you'd like to put a tribute to her on the blog just let us know. Seriously.
